The Reeperbahn
The northern district of Byzantium. These dim, maze-like streets are home to the less reputable markets and guilds of the city. Bounded on the north by the Harrow gate, and on the south by the Seer's Spire itself. Ruled over by Baron Darmier Garvis ap Balor.

In the southern district of Byzantium, warm breezes perpetually carry the sweet scents of ocean air and summer flowers through the gardens and tree-lined avenues, past bustling boutiques and cafes. This idyllic land is governed by the Baroness Anna-Sophia Stafford ni Fiona, and bordered by the Seer's Spire to the north and the Emerald Gates to the south.
